Refund policy

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at simplybeckyboutique@gmail.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be free of animal hair and must not have any scents (including but not limited to smoke, perfumes, essential oils, etc.). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Defective or damaged items 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We stand behind our products 100% and will work with you to find a solution.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and personal safety items (face coverings, shields, etc).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. We will refund your card for the return once the item arrives in our shop. 


Refunds
Please allow 3 business days from receipt of your package for a refund to be processed. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will receive an email when your return is processed. Once you get confirmation that your return was processed, it can take 2-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If for any reason your return is not accepted, you will receive an email with further information and instructions.
